A Global Events Company with a refurbishment to complete…
The tenant’s lease was up for renewal, and they wanted to refurbish each floor for a modern, professional feel. There was one problem – all employees were to remain working in the space while the refurbishment was taking place. We implemented an organised system to keep all employees working as normal and uninterrupted from their work day while designing a beautiful office space.

Prior to the client signing their new lease we advised that they should have a full validation carried out on the mechanical and electrical systems which hadn’t been upgraded for over 10 years and they would have been responsible for once the lease was signed, our findings lead to the landlord agreeing to install a full new HVAC system being fitted throughout the building.
Throughout completing this refurbishment, we provided:
- New stylish and modern office furniture, including Air hockey and Pool tables
- Full fit out including installation of new Meeting Rooms, lighting, flooring, wall coverings, acoustic paneling, Tea Point and Bar Area
- New power and data/WiFi requirements
- Soundproof Single-person meeting booths
- Collaboration areas & co-working booths
- Colourful and creative interior design
Our meticulously organised Programme of Works meant we were constantly able to inform the clients’ employees in advance when different works would be happening and when they would be temporarily relocated to a different part of the building. This ensured all employees were accommodated and could carry out their work day as normal alongside the efficient refurbishment process.
