Imperial Fit-Out recently refurbished two office floors for us in Fitzrovia. They were proactive, easy to work with, and kept the project well managed from start to finish. The workmanship and finishes were of a high standard, and I was particularly impressed with the quality of their own snagging, which had already been completed before my inspection. Overall, they exceeded expectations, and I’d be very happy to work with them again.

I’ve been working at this building for coming up to 10 years now and the transformation of the offices is near complete which is hugely rewarding. The buildings gentrification has now come full circle, complimenting the common parts reception reconfiguration and lift replacement undertaken in the last 3 years. First job with the team at Imperial and a first class service from start to finish. Well done guys Danny Hakimi and Steve Summers and in particular my man Romas Lucka 👍 I’ve been hugely impressed. These floors offer true plug and play space with full fibre, brand new air conditioning and DALI daylight dimming lighting installations, all with clear defined breakout and kitchen space for office collaboration.

Material Lab based in Mayfair London, has been at the heart of the design community for over 10 years. When the time came for a complete refit in 2017 we entered into a lengthy design and tender process. After reviewing all of our needs, some of which were very specific and required an understanding of detail and quality of finish, we appointed Imperial Building Solutions as our main contractor. Having personally overseen numerous projects of this type, it’s fantastic and a relief when you ‘hit gold’ when appointing your main contractor – Imperial are just that.
