Flitcroft House

Cat A fit out on behalf of one of our landlord clients, the spec was to refurbish 3 floors of office space with an overall area of circa 6,000sqft as well as the communal areas from Entrance Hallway to 4th floor. The work involved new lighting, small power and optical data throughout, new carpet/vinyl flooring laid to offices and communal areas, full decoration, installation of new modern entrance door and signage, bespoke cabinetry, new kitchens to each floor which involved creating a new floor to 3rd-floor level by constructing an infill to a lightwell area. The project was a Design & Build with full management plan and was brought in a week ahead of schedule.
