Imperial delivered a fast, high-quality CAT B transformation of the part ground floor at Ealing Cross, completing the full 4,000 sq ft refurbishment in just six weeks. The project began with a comprehensive strip-out of outdated partitions, flooring, redundant services and inherited branding to create a clean starting point.
The new layout introduced modern meeting rooms, executive offices and specialist labs, all designed to support the client’s operational needs while creating a calm, professional environment for their team. The space was planned intelligently to minimise disruption to the existing mechanical and electrical systems, requiring only targeted adjustments to AC, power, data, lighting and fire alarms.
As a turnkey delivery, Imperial also supplied and installed all furniture, ensuring the workspace was fully operational from day one.
The result is a refreshed, people-centred environment that enhances productivity, supports specialist work and reflects the client’s identity — delivered efficiently, with technical precision and strong attention to detail.
